It Is Written 

Karolyn Miller, affectionately known as KJ, currently serves as Senior Pastor at Power House International Ministries in Memphis, TN. She has over twenty years of experience serving in various capacities of youth ministry. KJ is a two-time graduate of the University of Memphis, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 1997 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2000. She is a Registered Nurse with experience in emergency nursing, curriculum/ instruction, training, and most recently, information systems.

 

While working at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare in the Information Systems department, she met colleague, Pastor Eric Miller. On April 19, 2009, God revealed and confirmed His supernatural plan for a divine union between the two acquaintances through an awesome rainbow sign. Believing God's will for their lives and agreeing to participate in His plan, the two united after only knowing each other in a professional capacity for the purpose of lifelong ministry. On September 19, 2009, they began a journey in faith and were married.

 

In 2011, KJ decided to leave the healthcare arena to become the primary caregiver for her sons, Eric, Jr. and Ethan, who were born with EB, a rare skin condition. Although the situation was unforeseen, it was the catalyst needed to step into a God-given dream. It Is Written is the newest step on a journey of faith to reach her expected end (Jeremiah 29:11 KJV).
